Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. This in-person, part-time OT role focuses on delivering school-based services and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy with an active Oregon OT license. Prior school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and compensation ranges from $55 to $62 per hour with

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
