Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in New Albany, Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide a full range of OT services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

The candidate must hold a state OT license, maintain CPR certification (preferred), and typically has 0–1 years of experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
