Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice Care organization. They are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. This is located in the Santa Barbara / Ventura, CA area. California Occupational Therapist license if required. We desire proactive candidates who are able to work independently. Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Performs Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment as prescribed by the referring physician.
• Instructs and monitors the progression of patients in the use of therapeutic activities.
• Communicates with the care team and physician on plan of care and progress.
