Job summary

NurseCore is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Home Health in the Santa Barbara area. The role offers part-time engagement with flexible scheduling and daily pay options, supporting diverse clients in Santa Barbara and surrounding communities.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure, with at least one year of supervised OT experience. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $65.00 per hour, with potential for overtime and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where practicing.
• Minimum one year of supervised Licensed Occupational Therapist experience within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and implement therapy needs including Plan of Care treatments and goals.
• Work with client and family to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Identify and secure necessary support personnel, supplies and equipment.
• Perform client visits as directed in Plan of Care.
• Instruct and supervise clients and other health care personnel including Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Compensation

• The anticipated pay range for this position is $50.00 – $65.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.

This position may also be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
