Job summary

Sevita is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a hybrid outpatient/ABA role in Massachusetts. You’ll collaborate with speech-language pathologists and behavior analysts to deliver family-centered, functional treatment plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children in outpatient and ABA settings.
• Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with SLPs, behavior analysts, and other therapists.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.

We are excited to offer a unique hybrid role which will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model creates meaningful collaboration across disciplines while supporting children in a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos, our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive, functional, and family-centered treatment plans that honor each child's strengths, interests, and goals.
