Synchrony Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services, including assessments, treatment planning and interventions within an interdisciplinary team.

Must have OT degree and state licensure; CPR preferred. 0–1 year experience is acceptable as you contribute to patient care and education while documenting progress and coordinating with the care team.

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years in OT practice.
• Licenses: Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure.
• Certifications: CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred
