Job summary

The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) seeks a Complaint and Report Intake Manager to supervise the local office and oversee the intake process for health and safety inquiries. You will direct a multi-disciplinary staff and ensure timely logging, triaging, and processing in line with state guidelines.

Under the Statewide Centralized Complaint and Report Intake Unit (CCRIU), you will plan, assign, evaluate, and review work,

Responsibilities

• Leads the activities, plans, schedules, directs, assigns, evaluates, and reviews the work of a multi-disciplinary staff.
• Identifies and eliminates or controls health and safety hazards; ensures inquiries are logged, triaged, and processed within timelines and guidelines.
