• Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required.
• Possession of a valid California Driver’s License and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plans, and directs the daily Complaint and Report Intake operations for the Unit.
• Develop operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews, and capacity planning.
• Evaluate Complaint and Report Intake technologies, customer service standards, and organizational structure; monitor performance to identify issues and solutions.
• Travel throughout the State to fulfill duties.
