Job description

Northwest Permanente, P.C. - Occupational Medicine Physician

Northwest Permanente, P.C. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine physician to join our medical group at the Tanasbourne Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job clinic in Beaverton, OR. Our program offers high-quality, cost-effective care to injured workers, promoting timely return to work and reducing disability. We collaborate with area employers to provide comprehensive workplace health and safety services, supporting their business strategies and enhancing Kaiser Permanente's branding through our unique services.

Our new physician will join a team of 10 Occupational Medicine Physicians and an Integrated Care team, supported by highly qualified staff. We believe investing in skilled support staff improves physician support, enhances service quality for patients, and benefits our clients.

Program Details:
  1. Clinic Locations: Three stand-alone clinics near KP medical office buildings in the Portland-Vancouver area, equipped with x-ray, lab services, onsite physical therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment for physical capacity testing and work-related therapy. One clinic is located within a Salem KP medical office building.
  2. Services: Full scope ancillary services available at all locations.
  3. Community & Practice: We serve a diverse range of employers, including small and mid-sized companies in manufacturing, construction, natural resources, and distribution sectors. The practice is free from call and urgent care duties but includes office-based and virtual care, requiring experience with telehealth, digital health, or the ability to incorporate virtual care into practice.
