Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Occupational Health Professional - LPN to provide on-site medical care for employees and manage routine and emergency health needs. You’ll work primarily from the on-site nurse’s station, performing health assessments, screenings, and maintaining medical records while responding to incidents on the production floor.

The role requires an LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and 1+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted state license as an LPN required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required; urine drug screen and breath alcohol training may be added.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred; graduate hours acceptable.

Occupational Health Professional - LPN

In this key role, you'll serve as the first point of care for employees, providing both routine and emergency medical attention for work‑related and general health issues. Based primarily in the on‑site nurse’s station, you'll deliver care, conduct health assessments and screenings, and manage medical records. The role also requires mobility to respond to incidents on the production floor, helping maintain a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Education: Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse required.
• Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid/AED card required. If selected, Pilgrim’s will facilitate becoming certified in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections.
• Experience: Prefer 1+ years’ experience in the nursing field. Clinical hours can be acceptable for graduate nurses.
