Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring an Occupational Health Specialist (Part Time, LPN) to serve as the first point of care for employees, delivering on-site medical attention and health assessments. The role is based mainly at the on-site nurse’s station with mobility to respond to incidents on the production floor, including night shifts.

You will conduct health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry), maintain OSHA/state records, and support wellness initiatives while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license (LPN).
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

WhatYou’llNeed

Education:

Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurserequired.

Certifications:

Current CPR/First Aid/AED cardrequired. If selected, Pilgrim’s willfacilitatebecoming certified in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections.

Experience:

Prefer 1+ years’ experience in the nursing field.Clinical hours can be acceptable for graduate nurses.
