Job summary

Examinetics is seeking a full-time Workplace Health and Safety RN in Overland Park, KS. The role involves telephonic triage from the local office, standard Monday–Friday shifts, with on-call rotations as needed.

You will triage incidents, determine treatment, assist with workers' compensation first aid, and coordinate access to care. Collaborate with staff, employers, and providers to optimize outcomes and ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Indiana or Kansas.
• BSN or ADN in nursing.
• 2+ years nursing experience in ER/Urgent Care/Occupational Health preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare technology.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Triage employee incidents and advise on treatment by phone.
• Serve as primary contact for care access inquiries.
• Monitor progress and follow care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with employees, employers, and healthcare providers.
