Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the State of Missouri.
• Current BCLS certification.
• For PRN roles: at least 1 year of medical/surgical experience or 1 year in a related specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Manage workforce member cases for COVID, Flu, and RSV with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate testing efforts at UHTMC and UHLMC and manage ongoing testing data for long‑term care and administrative reporting.
• Support research and safety programs, including COVID data tracking and related projects.
• Lead onboarding of new staff members to build a culture of safety and excellence.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, professional, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, and healthcare colleagues to deliver efficient, empathetic care.
