Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Employee Health to support occupational health services for staff in Massachusetts. You will perform post-offer screenings, immunizations, and return-to-work evaluations while following BILH policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• 3+ years of work experience as a medical or surgical nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-offer/pre-placement physical assessments and required testing/immunizations.
• Educate, counsel, refer, or set work restrictions for unusual findings.
• Promote employee health through education and preventive care.
• Assess work clearance and return-to-work decisions with supervisor input.
• Assist immunization and TB testing programs per policy and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee health records and logs per laws.
