Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in nursing; RN license active.
- 3+ years healthcare experience including phlebotomy, POC testing, and wound care.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and occupational health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collect medical histories and prepare patients for examinations.
- Collect, review, and address immunization status for employees.
- Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing as directed.
- Administer injections and vaccinations; wound care and dressings.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and accurate medical records.
- Assist with immunization clinics and employee wellness programs.
- Coordinate lab tests, inventory, and center safety standards.
