Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Casual Part Time/CPT Occupational Health Nurse to provide injury and illness care, preplacement assessments, and health promotion activities for team members. The role involves coordinating with physicians, management, and referral sources, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care in an on-site setting.

Applicants should have RN licensure in Minnesota, 3–5 years in occupational health nursing, and familiarity with workers' compensation and vaccination

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Three to five years experience in occupational health nursing required.
• Experience with MN or WI Workers compensation preferred.
• Experience with vaccination compliance programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of occupational health services to team members including injury and illness care, preplacement health assessment, periodic exams and health promotion activities.
• Act as liaison between team members, physician, management, QRCs, and referral sources; coordinate regulatory compliance.
• Support regulatory reporting and maintain documentation as needed.
