Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care in employee health programs. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, injections, wound care, immunizations, vital signs, and data entry in EMR systems. You will support providers during exams and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current license and required certifications.
• 3+ years healthcare experience including phlebotomy, POC testing and wound care.
• EMR experience and HIPAA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories and prepare patients for examinations.
• Relay urgent requests to the provider as needed.
• Coordinate lab tests and immunizations for employees.
• Track compliance with health requirements and record vital signs.
• Assist during examinations and with wound care and injections.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care tests and maintain documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate inventory.
