Job summary

• Associate degree in nursing with RN licensure and 3+ years of healthcare experience including phlebotomy and wound care.
• CPR/BLS certification required and EMR experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories and prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist providers during examinations and administer injections and vaccines.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing with proper documentation.
• Educate patients on disease processes, medications, and vaccination side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and accurate medical records.
