North Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to provide care for team members, conduct preplacement assessments, administer vaccines, and perform routine health promotions. The role supports regulatory compliance and collaborates with physicians, management, and referrals. Required RN licensure in Minnesota with 3–5 years in occupational health nursing.

BSN preferred. Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office is expected.

Formación

• RN licensure in Minnesota required.
• BSN preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in occupational health nursing.
• Experience with MN or WI Workers compensation preferred.
• Experience with vaccination compliance programs preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational health services including injury/illness care, preplacement health assessments, periodic exams and health promotion.
• Act as liaison between team members, physician, management, QRCs and referral sources.
• Coordinate compliance with regulatory requirements.
