Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Immanuel Campus is seeking an Employee Health RN to safeguard staff health through expert assessment and intervention. You will deliver occupational health services such as pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury management, case management, and health education for employees.

The role requires an RN license in the state, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification, with collaboration across departments to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Current RN license that allows practice in the state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational health services including pre-employment screenings, immunizations, and acute injury assessment
• Perform testing procedures, initiate interventions and referrals as needed
• Document services and maintain confidentiality of employee health records
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Workers' Compensation to ensure compliance with policies
