Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Employee Health team on a full-time basis at the Downtown Jacksonville campus. The RN will perform health assessments, administer immunizations, conduct BLS-compliant safety programs, and support wellness initiatives for Baptist Health staff.

Ideal candidates have ASN with 3–5 years in Employee or Occupational Health, an active RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license current required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
• 3–5 years of Employee Health or Occupational Health nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and employee health assessments.
• Administer immunizations and PPD testing.
• Triage and evaluate employee injuries and workplace exposures.
• Provide health education and wellness guidance to employees.
• Supervise Medical Assistants within the Employee Health department.
• Document and data entry in electronic health records.
• Support departmental reporting and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to maintain a safe, healthy workplace.
