Job summary

Capital Medical Group, a newly acquired physician practice within Independence Physician Management (IPM) and a subsidiary of UHS, seeks an experienced HR/occupational health leadership professional to shape the future of our multi-site DC-area network. The role focuses on occupational health services, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across ambulatory clinics.

Qualifications

• RN license in DC or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
• Ambulatory/clinic experience preferred
• Ability to coordinate health screenings and immunizations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer occupational health services including pre-employment screenings and clearances
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations
• Educate employees on health policies, infection prevention, and safety
• Monitor regulatory health requirements and coordinate with health partners
• Return-to-work evaluations and fitness-for-duty assessments
