Job summary

GBMC HealthCare in Baltimore, MD seeks an EHS Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees and new-hire candidates. Responsibilities include TB screening, vaccination programs, post-exposure surveillance, and return-to-work assessments.

You will support wellness initiatives, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain clinical documentation while collaborating with the EHS team to improve safety and health across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Adult NP or Family NP in Maryland.
• Successful completion of certified NP program.
• Occupational Health Nurse certification (COHN) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs employment physicals and screening tests with medical history and vaccines.
• Manages tuberculosis screening and follow-ups per OSHA/policy.
• Supports post-exposure surveillance and HIV testing where required.
• Return-to-work assessments after injury or illness.
• Provides vaccination clinics and documents immunizations.
• Maintains clinical documentation and OSHA 300 data.
• Acts as a clinical resource and mentor within EHS team.
