Capital Medical Group, a large multi-specialty physician practice in the Washington, DC area, is seeking an experienced RN to lead occupational health initiatives across the organization. You will support employee health, maintain accurate health records, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The role emphasizes patient education, collaboration with physicians, and coordination with external occupational health providers to promote workplace safety and wellness.

Qualifications

• Two years of RN experience in ambulatory/primary care settings.
• DC license as RN or active application.
• Ability to educate patients, triage via telephone/electronic means.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee occupational health services, including pre-employment health screenings, immunization reviews, fit testing, and health clearances.
• Partner with occupational health teams to support health initiatives and vaccination programs.
• Manage and track immunization records, health assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with evaluation and follow-up of workplace injuries and exposures, including needle-stick incidents and bloodborne pathogen exposures.
• Facilitate post-exposure protocols and coordinate care with providers and occupational health partners.
• Conduct respiratory fit testing and maintain accurate records of certifications and compliance.
