Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) in Baltimore, MD is seeking an EHS Nurse Practitioner to support occupational health services for employees and new-hire candidates. Under general supervision, you will conduct physicals, screen for TB, coordinate vaccinations, and help develop health strategies in partnership with the EHS team.

Requirements include current Maryland NP licensure, completion of an NP program, and annual CPR certification; COHN is desirable.

Qualifications

Successful completion of certified nurse practitioner program.
Current licensure as an adult nurse practitioner or family nurse practitioner in Maryland.
Occupational Health Nurse certification (COHN) desirable.
Completion of Health Care Provider CPR course annually.

Responsibilities

Perform employment physical assessments and screening tests, including TB screening and basic health evaluations.
Support tuberculosis screening programs and OSHA compliance in collaboration with EHS Director.
Assist with post-exposure surveillance and HIV-related testing decisions per policy.
Return employees to work after injury or illness with safe protocols.
Support employee vaccination programs and document immunizations.
Provide initial assessment of workplace incidents and coordinate follow-up and referrals.
