Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for our Texarkana, AR occupational health site. You will provide direct and indirect care, collect labs, manage immunizations, and assist with triage and wound care under protocols.

Hospital-based experience with employee health is preferred. The role requires an Associate degree in nursing or higher, active RN license, 3+ years healthcare experience including phlebotomy and POCT, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing; active RN license required.
• 3+ years healthcare experience including phlebotomy, POCT, and wound care.
• Phlebotomy Certification and CPR/BLS required.
• EMR experience with electronic medical records systems.
• Occupational health certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories and prepare patients for examinations.
• Collect immunization status for new hires and coordinate labs.
• Assist providers during examinations and with triage.
• Perform phlebotomy, point-of-care tests, and wound care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
• Assist with scheduling and general office duties.
