Job summary

AnovaWorks, PLLC is seeking an RN to deliver high-quality patient care within Employee Health services at a Tri-Cities, Washington clinic. You will perform independent nursing evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for work-related and personal health concerns.

No evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements are specified. The role offers a light patient load with time to devote to each patient, and options include per diem, part-time, and full-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years RN experience preferred in occupational health settings.
• Current WA RN licensure or another state license accepted with WA licensure eligibility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and basic life support knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent professional nursing evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for workers.
• Triages workplace injuries/illnesses and recommends appropriate care.
• Coordinate with providers to refer patients as needed.
• Maintain high quality occupational health and safety services with efficient patient flow.
• Ensure safe patient assessments and prompt communication with patients and providers.
