Job summary

AnovaWorks is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health team in the Tri-Cities area of Washington. You will perform professional nursing evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for working clients, supporting both work-related and personal health needs.

This role offers a light patient load with no evenings or weekends, flexible scheduling (per diem, part-time, and full-time), and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 1+ years Registered Nursing experience required.
• Current, valid Washington state Registered Nurse license or other state licensure.
• Current basic cardiac life support and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks independently within legal scope of practice or under provider direction.
• Provides high quality occupational health and safety services; refers patients as needed.
• Accurately triages workplace injuries/illnesses and provides nursing interventions.
• Performs basic examinations and relays findings to patients and providers.
• Provides safety/health assessments of the worksite.
• Develops and implements health/safety promotion strategies.
