Job summary

AnovaWorks in Washington state is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health services clinic in the Tri-cities area. The nurse will perform independent evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for work-related and personal health issues.

This role offers no evenings or weekends, a light patient load, and flexible options including per diem, part-time, and full-time. Current WA RN license and CPR/BLS required; prior occupational health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year RN experience.
• Current WA RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent nursing evaluation and therapeutic interventions for workers.
• Triage workplace injuries/illnesses and refer as needed.
• Perform basic examinations and health assessments at the worksite.
• Develop and implement health/safety promotion strategies.

Position

The PositionAs an RN you will focus on providing high quality patient care in Employee Health services at a clinic in the Tri-cities area of Washington state. You will provide independent professional nursing evaluation, diagnoses, and therapeutic intervention of the working client regarding both work-related and personal health issues.

• No evenings, weekends, or call expectations. Light patient load with plenty of time to spend with patients
• Per diem, part-time, and full-time

Requirements

A qualified RN will be able to perform the following dutiesPerforms tasks independently, within legal scope of practice or under provider direction over TM.Provides high quality occupational health and safety services efficiently. Refers patients to clinic, emergency departments or personal providers as needed.Accurately triages workplace injuries/illnesses and provides appropriate nursing interventions.Performs basic examinations, relays findings to patients and providers.Provides safety/health assessments of the worksite.Develops and implements health/safety promotion strategies.The RN should have the following qualifications

• Minimum: 1+ years Registered Nursing experience required.Current, valid Washington state Registered Nurse or other state nursing licensureCurrent basic cardiac life support and first aid certification.
