Job summary

Tyson Foods in Holcomb, KS, is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to deliver comprehensive health and safety programs for workers. You will conduct medical histories, perform physicals, educate on wellness, and uphold confidentiality while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and timely recovery.

The role includes responding to incidents with first aid and CPR as needed. Travel to local clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted state RN license required.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred but not required; new grads considered with LPN, BSN.
• On-the-job training offered for Occupational Health.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic medical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work with others.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Must meet physical requirements and respond to emergencies, CPR as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical histories and physical assessments to promote health.
• Educate team members on communicable diseases and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support safety and recovery.
• Respond quickly to incidents and provide first aid or CPR as needed.
