Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited Program in Medical Assistant OR LPN.
Certified Medical Assistant registered through AAH/AMT/AAMA or NHA OR Licensed Practical Nurse with Ohio license; BLS; de-escalation training within 6 months.
1–2 years related work experience in a medical office setting.
RN BSN required within 5 years of hire.
RN with current Ohio license; de-escalation training within 6 months; BLS.

Responsibilities

Provide team leader responsibilities for the clinic and direct clinical staff within scope.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Adena Health System policies and procedures.
