Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Occupational Health RN for the B shift at our Holcomb, KS plant. The role focuses on promoting health, preventing illness, and ensuring worker safety within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will conduct health assessments, educate on communicable diseases, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while supporting emergency response and confidentiality requirements. On-the-job training is provided for occupational health specifics.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license required.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred but not required; new grads with LPN experience and/or BSN considered.
• Occupational Health experience not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical history and physical assessments to promote health and prevent illness.
• Provide education and guidance on communicable diseases and wellness initiatives.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure team members’ safety and recovery.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with first aid and CPR as needed.
