The position emphasizes supervisory duties, adherence to occupational medicine practices, and alignment with center policies and regulatory standards. A Doctor of Physical Therapy and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy or higher and licensure in the appropriate jurisdiction.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in center; lead by example to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Manage clinical metrics and accountability for therapists.
• Ensure compliant workflows, documentation, and coding with state and center policies.
• Foster relationships with employers, referral sources, and payers; participate in CLT/COD/CMD meetings.
• Oversee staffing and budget considerations to meet center goals.
