Job summary

The ideal candidate is board-certified NP with an unrestricted license and CPR/BLS certification, able to prescribe medications and collaborate with safety staff.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted license in the practice state.
• Unrestricted NP license in the state of practice location.
• No current professional disciplinary actions with any authority or facility.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start).
• Possess or be eligible for a DEA license for controlled substances (if required).
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, onsite patient care and professional services to meet client coverage hours.
• Deliver occupational health services: assessments, histories, exams, and treatments.
• Prescribe medications and medical treatments as per evidence-based standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and safety staff to implement protocols and emergency plans.
• Educate and guide additional clinical staff as appropriate.
• Support injury prevention initiatives and wellness programs to improve employee health.
