LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking an on-site Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health, safety, and injury prevention in a manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate case management, support return-to-work processes, and partner with health care providers to promote wellness and regulatory compliance. Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan.
• 3+ years of nursing experience in occupational health, employee health, emergency, or related clinical setting.
• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment with flexible schedule when needed.
• Ability to maintain confidential medical information and exercise sound clinical judgment.

Aufgaben

• Provide occupational health services, first aid, and clinical assessment in a manufacturing setting.
• Coordinate work-related injury and illness case management and return-to-work processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with occupational health clinics and providers.
• Deliver health and safety training such as First Aid/CPR and bloodborne pathogens.
• Support compliance with MIOSHA/OSHA standards and maintain confidential records.
