Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of worker’s compensation.
• Occupational Health Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee OH staffing and daily operations across Roslindale and Dedham campuses.
• Ensure compliance with department standards, regulatory requirements, and performance metrics.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Occupational Health staff.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management and organizational leadership to support employee health.
• Develop and update departmental policies, procedures, and reporting to improve outcomes.
