Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a Nurse Manager of Occupational Health to oversee the OH program across Roslindale and Dedham campuses. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and partner with HR, Infection Control, Safety, and leadership to deliver high‑quality employee health services.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, pre‑employment screenings, immunizations, workers' comp coordination, return‑to‑work, reporting, and health surveillance.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Computer literacy required.
• Occupational Health Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OH programs, staffing and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, immunizations and return‑to‑work processes.
• Manage workers' compensation cases and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with HR, Infection Control, Safety and leadership.
• Lead safety initiatives and OSHA compliance.
