Hebrew SeniorLife in Boston is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Occupational Health program on the Roslindale and Dedham campuses. You will supervise OH staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate pre-employment screenings, immunizations, and workers' compensation activities.

This role provides clinical leadership, develops policies, reports on quality metrics, and partners with HR, Infection Control, Safety, and organizational leadership to maintain high‑quality employee health

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Computer literacy required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of worker’s compensation. Occupational Health Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversees OH staffing, hires and trains staff for Roslindale and Dedham campuses.
• Monitors staff performance and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manages day-to-day OH operations, budgets, and service delivery.
• Ensures adherence to department standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees clinical protocols and treatments related to occupational health.
• Collaborates with HR, Infection Control, Safety and Leadership to provide employee care.
• Manages OH budget with Director of Benefits/Finance and reports on outcomes.
• Leads performance improvement projects and coordinates worker safety initiatives.
• Develops policies, staff trainings, and communications for leadership.
• Coordinates medical leaves, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Ensures accurate recordkeeping and regulatory reporting.
