Conservative Care Occupational Health (CCOH) is seeking a dedicated NP/PA to join our Springdale clinical team. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with work-related injuries and acute conditions, coordinating care with therapy staff and employer partners.

Responsibilities include occupational medical exams, treatment planning, and thorough documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role offers autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth within

Qualificações

• Licensed NP or PA with active state license.
• DOT NRCME certification, or willingness to obtain one.
• Board-certified/eligible in Occupational, Family, Emergency, Internal Medicine or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct medical evaluations, injury assessments and return-to-work exams.
• Diagnose and manage work-related injuries and acute conditions.
• Develop treatment plans for safe functional recovery and return to duty.
• Perform DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, IMEs and medical reviews.
• Order and interpret X-rays, labs and referrals as needed.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with PT, clinic staff and employer contacts on work restrictions.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement and workflow development.
