Job summary

Conservative Care Occupational Health (CCOH) in Oklahoma City seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for part-time coverage. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat workers’ injuries and acute conditions, coordinate care with clinical teams and employer partners, and perform occupational medical exams with strong documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative team, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Requires NP/PA licensure in Oklahoma and board certification/eligibility in Occupational or related medicine.
• DOT NRCME certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or workers’ comp is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational medical exams, manage treatment plans, and ensure compliant documentation.
• Conduct DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, IMEs, and medical reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with therapy staff and employer partners on work restrictions and recovery progress.
