Job summary

Conservative Care Occupational Health in Springdale, AR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to evaluate, diagnose, and treat work-related injuries and acute conditions. You will coordinate care with clinicians, therapy teams, and employer partners to ensure a safe return-to-work.

Responsibilities include occupational exams, treatment plans, and maintaining high standards of documentation and regulatory compliance. A valid license and DOT NRCME certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with current state license for the location of employment.
• Ability to diagnose, evaluate, and manage work-related injuries.
• Strong documentation, regulatory compliance, and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical evaluations and return-to-work exams.
• Diagnose and manage work-related injuries and acute conditions.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans for safe functional recovery.
• Perform DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, and IMEs as needed.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR and coordinate with teams.
