Job summary

ProgressiveHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team at an H-E-B distribution facility in Temple, TX. You will provide occupational health services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, directly with employees to keep them healthy, safe, and productive.

The ideal candidate holds an NP with board certification, an unrestricted state license, CPR/BLS, and a DEA license if required. Join us to support injury prevention and wellness programs and collaborate with safety staff.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Nurse Practitioner program with Board Certification.
• Active, unrestricted NP license in the practice state.
• No current state or federal disciplinary actions against license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, onsite patient care and professional services to meet coverage hours.
• Deliver occupational health services including assessments, exams, and treatments.
• Prescribe medications and medical treatments per evidence-based standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and safety staff to implement medical protocols and emergency plans.
• Educate and guide other clinical staff as appropriate.
• Support injury prevention and wellness programs to improve employee health.
• Monitor employee health and respond to health concerns as needed.
