Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health and primary care for employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers. You will oversee clinical staff and coordinate care with clients, vendors, and center staff.

You will conduct physical exams, order labs, and manage treatment plans while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in nursing and NP licensure.
• Board certified in a specified medical specialty.
• DEA certification and prescriptive authority.
• 2+ years of internal medicine or family practice experience.
• Experience in occupational medicine preferred.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health and acute care for workplace injuries.
• Supervise nurses and medical assistants as clinical team leader.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and health centers for care delivery.
• Conduct health promotion and preventive care programs.
