Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health and acute care at our workplace clinics. You will lead clinical teams, oversee care delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality primary care to employees and their families.

Master’s degree in nursing required.
Nurse Practitioner license and board certification required.
DEA certification and prescriptive authority.
2+ years in internal medicine or occupational medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide medical primary care to employees at Marathon Health centers.
Perform occupational health screenings and acute care for workplace injuries.
Interpret spirometry and EKGs; coordinate with employers on workers’ compensation.
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans as appropriate.
Oversee clinic staff and ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
Collaborate with clients and providers to improve patient outcomes.
