Marathon Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical care at our onsite health centers, delivering occupational health and acute care for workplace injuries and illnesses. The role includes supervising nurses and medical assistants, coordinating with client representatives, and upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

You will conduct exams, interpret tests, order labs, manage treatment plans, and participate in health promotion programs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in nursing or related degree required.
Nurse Practitioner Medical Certification and License in the state of assigned work required.
Board certified in Specified Area of Medical Specialty.
Federal DEA Certification, ALS/First Aid/CPR Certifications required.
Certification for independent prescriptive authority to prescribe medications and controlled substances, under the licensure authority of the state board of nursing for the state of work.
2+ years of experience in internal medicine or family/general practice required.
2+ years of experience in occupational medicine preferred.
Full Practice Authority is strongly preferred where applicable per State guidelines.

Responsabilités

Provide medical primary care services to client’s employees at Marathon Health clinic locations.
Oversee medical staff and provide clinical leadership.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe treatments.
Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate with clients and health providers on employee health programs.
Perform Occupational Health screenings and return-to-work evaluations.
