Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent healthcare training.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Confidentiality and professionalism essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and triage needs in the Occupational Health department.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings for new hires.
• Schedule physician appointments and occupational health services.
• Maintain medical records and encounter logs.
• Perform drug screens, breath alcohol testing, phlebotomy, and vitals.
• Sterilize instruments and manage inventory.
• Maintain confidential employee medical files and ensure compliance.
