Job summary

Vybe Urgent Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Occupational Medicine in Pennsylvania. The role supports administrative and operational tasks for the Occupational Medicine program, coordinating pre-employment screenings, drug testing, physicals, and related employer services.

The position acts as a liaison between employer partners, patients, clinical teams, and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of medical office management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with EMR; medical billing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field department calls and route to responsible parties.
• Provide medical records when requested.
• Maintain accurate list of current clients; update authorizations.
• Coordinate with center managers for continuity of care.
• Schedule firefighters and other appointment-based patients.
• Perform other duties as requested by VP of Occupational Medicine.
