Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to support medical providers in a comprehensive occupational health setting. You will welcome visitors, collect histories, assist during exams, draw blood, conduct basic lab tests, and help manage immunizations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring HIPAA compliance, stocking supplies, and delivering high-quality patient care with a focus on safety and service. Strong teamwork and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing and 3+ years as an LPN/LVN.
• LPN/LVN Certification and CPR/BLS required.
• Experience with occupational health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories and prepare patients for examinations.
• Record vital signs accurately and relay emergencies to the provider.
• Assist physicians during examinations and immunization procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, basic lab tests, and manage specimens.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
