Job summary

Marathon Health is hiring an LPN to join our care team in a primary care setting. You will work closely with a PCP to deliver outstanding patient experiences and clinical support, acting as both Medical Receptionist and clinical nurse.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, blood draws, immunizations, injections, and documentation, while also coordinating front-desk duties and care transitions. On-site clinic role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal LPN program.
• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the applying state.
• Phlebotomy experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals and perform blood draws; assist with procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations per provider orders.
• Support care planning and address gaps in care with the team.
• Handle front desk duties: scheduling, chart requests, referrals, and check-in/out.
• Document data in the medical record and communicate results timely.
• Engage patients through outreach to improve follow-up and adherence.
• Maintain clinical supplies and equipment for treatments.
