Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent degree and 3+ years of work experience as an LPN/LVN.
• LPN or LVN Certification, Phlebotomy Certification, and CPR/BLS required.
• Prior occupational health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties include collecting histories, vitals, assisting providers, phlebotomy, basic lab tests, injections, immunizations, and specimen handling.
• Occupational health support such as fitness for duty exams, injury documentation, and referrals.
• Administrative duties include welcoming patients, managing records, scheduling, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Ensure safe, organized, and clean center environment and coordinate with other departments as needed.
